NEW YEAR'S EVE: For stay starting from 10 days/nights Tariff "G" will be not applied . New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is included on the rate.
FERRAGOSTO: rates on pricelist valid for minimum stay of 10 days/nights - Ferragosto Gala Dinner is included on the rate.
INFORMATIONS
CONFIRMATION: Reservation will be confirmed and guarranted by a deposit of minimum Euro 400,00.– for high season and minimum Euro 250,00.– for other months .
LAST-MINUTE: to confirm a " last minute" reservation, the comunication of the details your credit card is required in writing. The total ammount of booked stay will be charged on the credit card in case of NO arrive or cancellation.
CANCELLATION: It must be in writing. If reservation will be cancelled within 11 days before arrival date, deposit will be conserved for another stay of minimum 4 days/nights to spend within the following 12 months. From 10 or 4 day from arrival date, deposit will be lost. Cancellation from 3 day from arrival date: 50% of total ammount of the booked stay will becharged.
RESERVATION CHANGEMENT : must be communicated in writing. If reservation will be changed within 11 days before arrival, no charge; between 10 and 4 days from arrival 50% of the total ammount will be charged ; from 3 days from arrival 100% of the total ammount will be charged. Same for beach service and garage.
FORFAIT & SHORT STAY: Valid only for arrival, departures and lenght indicated on pprice list
GARAGE: Parking is not allowed to gas-powered cars.
PAYMENT: cash , credit cards, (Visa, Master Card, Eurocard, American Express, Diners ). Hotel Management reserves the right to control in advance the credit card validity at the membership circuit.
V.A.T. : rates includes 10% V.A.T. , changes will be charged without preventive comunication on the total ammount of the bill.
